The winds of Change.

Hello everybody 1I’m back. It’s been an exciting winter, full off new beginnings and powerful experiences.

I launched my first retreats- Mindfulness & Creativity and Hiking & Soul experience- and what a journey it has been! Stepping into this new chapter was both thrilling and nervewracking, but deep down, I knew: THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I’M MENT TO DO!!!.

These retreats bring together everything I love. I get to be creative, sing, breathe, craft, paint, and work with wool. I get to guide people through this stunning island, share the magic of nature, and help them reconnect -with themselves, their talents, and their passions. Seeing people wake up to their own creativity, their own desires, and their own “YES!” MOMENTS HAS BEEN REALLY INSPIRING.

This winter, we faced many storms here on Faial. But instead of resisting them, we embraced them, calling them the Winds of Change. because , let’s face it- change is happening everywhere, in the world and within us. And now, more than ever, it’s important to pause. To step out of the cycle of daily obligations and ask ourselves: Am I where I really want to be?

That’s the beauty of these retreats. They give us space to reflect, to explore, and to rediscover the things that bring us joy. A huge thank you to everyone who has joined me so far!

And the journey continues! This wednesday, another Mindfulness & Creativity retreat begins. Then, in the fall, we dive back in:

After that, I’ll take a little break, and then…

Who knows? I see myself also taking this work beyond Faial, traveling, connecting people with nature, guiding them back to their creative selves - wherever they are. Because this is what I truly love, and this is what I’ll keep building.
